Has very frequent headaches and has to rest. How would taking her on an emotional roller coaster affect her in a case like this? Just seems the being the nice caring guy that chases half the women away would be best. The only thing I can see doing is not be availavle every time, teasing her a little, and delaying replies to texts for over a day from time to time.

With a long-term relationship in mind, I believe it's better to let the woman know who you are and be open for changes. In this case, the lady gets to decide whether to embark on that long-lasting relationship. It's not a great idea to forcibly subdue your true colors. It may work, but they will come out later. I will not do none of those things for any woman unless she's my mother, my sister or a close relative. They don't deserve it.
