My wife works 24 hours. It used to be 20, but I really needed to scale down a bit for my health. At the time she complained that it works consume all her free time, because she also did the household. Reality is that groceries take half an hour, up to 3 times a week. Laundry takes 15 minutes each day. Cooking takes half an hour, and actually I do the large scale cooking to fill the freezer, in the weekend. Cleaning... honestly the clumps of dirt and hair grow until I pick up the broom. She vacuums about 6-9 times per year. The toilet gets cleaned by me more often than her. I've tried to go through this with her several times. On each separate item she agrees, and she is unable to list any additional items. Her listed play time on devices (Apple and Steam added up) is through the roof. But I am still a monster for asking her to increase her hours a bit so that I can have a sliver of life outside work. Also, it wasn't until after the marriage that she told me she was not going to go through the trouble of having any children. I was very explicit about that topic up front. If I had known I would have kept her in the friend zone where she belongs. As it is, if I initiate divorce odds are that she gets the house and I get the mortgage. No chance to support a family from that.

I used to feel online, a woman could get to know me, and if we had enough in common, we could be companions, even if she didn't find me that physically attractive. The woman I tried to have a relationship with, did have a lot in common with me, but I didn't count on her being repulsed upon meeting me. and loathing any kind of physical attention.
