They have centuries of experience and practice. It’s also why they don’t want fathers in the home. If fathers tell their sons how women manage men, their sons will be inoculated against women’s mind games. In the war between the sexes, women want their enemy unable to communicate, and therefore coordinate an effective defense against their bullshit.

Yes, because you can't get the same level of work done in a female environment without tripping over feelings, gossip, and their comfortability. Women are crazy so i used to simp over a coworker a few years ago, i simped for her for a few months to a point where she made up having a boyfriend for the third time, so i said to myself hey your trying to hard and you should give her space, so thats what i did the only time i spoke to her it was only for work and during slow days we would watch movies together on my phone, so i stopped doing that and gave her space, then she started to get upset and telling other coworkers i was being a baby because i wasent speaking to her, also kept asking me if i was mad and then got upset when i gave her one word answers, basically i treated her like i treat any coworker now. Turns out she wasn't a good person anyway so i guess things are ok now.

One of the places I used to work at started out all male in my section, then over about a year changed to all female. We went from absolutely no drama at all, to at least one teary breakdown every week. Absenteeism and sick call-ins went from 0 to at least 2 days of being short a person (on a small team where because of the nature of the job we can't easily just shuffle the work to the rest of the team) a week. The workplace went from a peaceful, quiet, relaxing place with hardly any disagreements, and no fights, to a place where meetings were frequent and tense, and everyone was walking on eggshells. Then about a year ago the place started shifting back to a male-only workplace. And now we haven't had someone absent or call in sick for 6 months, we haven't had a fight or breakdown in 6 months, and we haven't had tension in the office in 6 months. We barely even have meetings anymore because we don't need to discuss anything in groups and indirectly to avoid offending or upsetting someone. If there's a problem, the two people involved just get together and sort it out in a matter of a minute or two. Done.

Well! The HD Body Camera that I'm wearing everytime whenever I'm having conversations with my Clients saved my ass a lot! Last week I've been Almost got jailed for a Wrong Accusations against me by one of my Female Client. And as a Licensed General Contractor/Handyman I've been dealing to a lot of people everytime including Women. And 2 weeks ago I had been Questioned by Fresno County Police for a Harassment BS it happened in August 10 2023 at around 16:48 (that's 04:48pm Pacific Time) yeah I was there in Fresno CA I was Framing a Partition and Doing a Attached Deck for a House and also working on a Ground Level deck, then I got a call from a Woman that needs my service to repair her Air conditioning Unit and Her kitchen sink so that's plumbing related stuffs. Well that woman and I didn't agree on the terms and price for the payment so I rejected the job and leave, and now she complained to the cops that I was harassing her??? I showed my body cam footage to the Fresno Police. And they didn't find any Sex Harassment on the footage that I showed them, all they saw is our disagreement that's it. The cops saw how I talked to that woman and it's all professional. No bad words, no offensive words. It's all Job related stuffs. Then there you go folks! That crazy woman got nothing on me. Body camera really saved my ass!!

Men in an office - You get in, do your job, then GTFO with minimal interaction. There nothing that says that a guy HAS to interact with women in their office beyond that needed to get the WORK DONE. Keep it minimal and professional. No conversation about your personal life - EVER. As a guy you just can't win. Talking to them is possible sexual harassment. Not talking to them could STILL be a possible sexual harassment or creating a hostile work environment. If you have to interact with women, then RECORD THE INTERACTION ON YOUR PHONE AND GIVE THE WOMAN'S NAME, AND THE DAY IN THE RECORDING IF YOU CAN. IF YOU ARE AT ONE DESK ALL DAY, GET A VOICE ACTIVATED RECORDER TAKE IT HOME EVERY NIGHT TO DOWN LOAD THE DAYS RECORDING AND ARCHIVE IT. It is a shame that men have to do this but we have to do everything we can to protect ourselves. If you get called into HR all he has to say is he is treating the women as 'professionals, if they cannot handle it that is their problem'. IF HR PUSHES FURTHER OFFER THEM A COPY OF YOUR RECORDINGS, they tend to back pedal when they realise that you have an independent source of evidence. And if this doesn't work say you will take it to an industrial tribunal; the last thing a company will want is its laundry being aired in public.

We don't want to be fired or put in jail because a woman falsely accused him. She might be having a bad day or just doesn't like the guy or even wants him out if the way so she can move up the corporate ladder. All she has to do is make one call to HR and it's over for the guy right there and then. All we can do to try to protect ourselves is to try to be in rooms with security cameras or lots of witnesses when wemen are around. We have to avoid wemen just to keep our jobs and avoid going to jail over false accusations. Now company's are forcing people back to the office,so working from home for most of us won't be an option anymore so we expect a lot of innocent men being falsely accused, being labled, fired or worse moving forward. All that men want is to left alone and for the courts to actually put wemen that have been caught falsely accusing innocent men to serve the same time the innocent man would serve in jail, it's only fair and thats all we are asking for.

Guys, in the rare case a woman is coming on to you (she holds eye contact, compliments you, invades your space and touches you for any reason - and not at work) just ask "Do you want to go make out?" She will most definitely say no. But just hold your ground and watch her. She's testing you. If you pass it will go like this: "No! I mean I can't. I mean I would, but I'm at work. But I could. I will." Then take her hand and SLOWLY lead her to the nearest quiet place.

In the USA, employees can be fired instantly without any defence. One complaint from a woman to the HR department (staffed exclusively by feminists adhering to the “believe all women” trope) will result in instant dismissal. In other countries, summary dismissal can be successfully challenged in an employment tribunal.

This doesn't mean there isn't any clashes or drama between men at work. It's just we handle it differently. Eg: If there a dead weight that's trying to sabotage others, or make excuses to not work, or whatever. And management refuses to deal with it. That's when the guys go outside discuss their differences with each other. And when the dead weight comes back with two black eyes. The men say nothing, because he's been told twice.

Strange how the super smart and effective women become one of the guys and all the hr complaints and GSR* actions come from the slothful, incompetent, volatile and visually unhealthy women. Fortunately they are not the sharpest crayons and it is easy to shoot their claims down if you push them for specific details and timelines. You have to take every complaint seriously and pitch up to HR meetings with a lawyer on an open call. Boards do not enjoy dealing with the liabilities from HR claims and it is difficult to fire men without substantive allegations. Basically it is easier to be rid of poor performers that seek to navigate the corporate ladder through hr alliances and shaming allegations, than top performers with large lawsuits pending. That is just the way the market deals with this issue now.

Women ar professional victims. If you're confident and speak your mind they gonna say you're intimidating them. If you're unsure and low key they gonna say you don't help out or contribute and have a lousy attitude. You can't win with that attitude.

It is an exaggeration....Why are you so... so...afraid.....I interact if everyone, whenever is necessary , only if necessary...focus on your work ..focus on what is needed to be acomplish....what´s the point...To be honest if we are real professional...There is no gender in workplace, only professionals isn´t it ? Indeed, Anyone can suit you for anything...And the most important ...Do not be afraid....I´m not afraid of nothing....What´s is about...If you afraid to meet women in a workplace you´re done...And if your client is a woman...And if your manager is a woman..and if your director is a Woman....and if the Department Expert is a Woman.....To be very honest with you...I´ve never ever had any problem with women at workplace ...My worse issues were all with Men ....

I've lost track of the amount of times that I've overseen a woman's work and had this exact thought, "What you just did is so incompetent that I'm inclined to believe that you did it on purpose." But I wouldn't dare say that to one of them, and that’s the problem. When a man does something that's unacceptably stupid and dangerous, he gets checked immediately and often viciously. He learns his lesson and never does it again. When a woman makes a mistake like that, she gets a soft pat on the back. Because if you scream at her, she's going to start crying. And if she starts crying, HR is going to get called. It's a vicious cycle that does nothing but hold up work and make everyone's life more dangerous. You get to the point where you just don't want to deal with them anymore.

I normally work in construction or farming but once when I was between jobs I got a different job in the city. It had 75% women. Never again. Never have I seen such whisper networks and backstabbing, the turnover was incredible. What few men were in the job all walked on egg shells waiting to be accused of something. If you showed attention you were f*cked. If you DIDNT show any interest towards them you suffered the b*tchy whispers behind your back until men just had enough and would leave. One guy told me he pretended he was gay just to get them to leave him be. Didn't work.

One place I used to work at went from almost all men to me being the only guy besides the boss over about a year. The place was too small for serious networks to form (only about 15 people), but we still went from no drama to weekly teary breakdowns. The boss and I were walking on such egg shells that he ended up with health problems (he did also have other things going on in his life, though). Turnover shot up, and after about another year the business had transitioned back to all-male. We also went back to absolutely no problems at work, no teary breakdowns, no angry looks, no complaints, and no frequent absenteeism. We also went from having weekly meetings to address some drama, or to generally discuss some issue (which was really just one person but couldn't be addressed directly with them because 'power harrassment' and 'bullying'), to having barely one meeting a month. Since we had no drama to adress, and any problems could be directly discussed with the person in question and resolved in 1~2 minutes. Everyone got along just fine again, and were more productive. We would chat about life and things in general during lunch breaks, but other than that our time was all spent on work. I think what I most appreciated from going back to all-male staff, was that I didn't have to either talk to the management to have them bring up a problem for general discussion in a meeting, or walk on eggshells about how to bring up some problem with a co-worker. I could just walk to their office and straightforwardly (of course not being mean, but not having to sugar-coat anything) tell them what the problem was, and how I wanted them to fix it, or ask for their suggestions on how to adress it. I've literally never had a guy shout at me over some disagreement or issue - this happened several times to me during those two years we had all the women. I've never shouted back, or even raised my voice, since I'm not a confrontational guy, but I've gotten so livid I had to just walk out and take time off to cool down because the women got personal each time. Even if I had a serious disagreement with a guy we never went after each other, we kept our talk to the issue at hand, and it always resolved in the end. Even when I really didn't get along with a guy, we could still be professional and focus on our work or the issue being adressed, and resolve it quickly.

I'm a personable, funny, decent looking guy, so I've never had a problem working with women, and have, many times. I even got away with dipping my pen in the company ink more than once. I've never once had a sexual harassment accusation leveled against me in all of my 53 years on the planet. It never occurred to me until recently how lucky I am, after watching these videos, that women find me attractive. I have been screwed over by a few women pretty hard, but I played my own games with them, too, so it all evens out in the wash, imo. I learned after my first marriage when I was in my early 20's that marriage and long term relationships were not my cup of tea, so I've learned to keep it casual with women, and only date the ones that won't give me too much static when it's over. However, all of that stopped immediately once the #MeToo movement began. Full monk mode, now. I value my freedom MUCH more than I value pussy. Now, I've become addicted to the peace and serenity of solitude. What a strange and wonderful thing to have happen to me. I find myself wanting to date, but then I see what's going on in the West and shake myself awake again. What a sorry state of affairs to find society in, gents.

Yeah. I'm still in my late twenties, and REALLY want to start a family - for the kids. But I look at what the modern woman is like, and I have seen friends and family get utterly ruined in divorce, and if they have kids, get ruined after divorce when the mom uses the kids and custody issues to torment them. I would love to bring a life into this world and raise them. I never had a father and would love to be one to a child, but I don't think the risk of having my life ruined is manageable enough to justify it right now. I would even adopt, but you can't adopt where I live if you're single, especially not as a single man.
