He has threatened to kill everyone in his family, the police, and then to turn the gun on himself and take his own life. He has a long criminal history. The U.S. Marshals, police, and Swat team are working hard to end this. I'm kindly begging all of you, for prayers for Josh and for his family. Thank you. ✝️🙏 ( PS. We just learned that Josh bought two AR -15 rifles with the credit card he stole from the car he stole recently...:(

Jesus had many disciples but HE chose HIS 12 Apostles only from the men. If we embrace Jesus than we are called to imitate & follow HIM. So it is a Divine Tradition that the duties of being Priests should be left to the men. Behind every successful man is a strong & brave woman. Priests were born from the womb of women. So women should continue to stand & be the strong pillars behind all our Priests, so that they can be a priest like Jesus, a priest like Melchizedak of old. Women please continue the good works of mercy for God & stand by all our priests throughout the world. They need us to assist them in a silent & powerful way. There is power in silence. It is indeed hardwork being a priest in contemporary times. A world filled with violence & crime. Stay safe. God will take care of us.

Padre Pio lived in a time when people were questioning some aspects of their faith, according to you, Catholicism core beliefs. We also live in a time when some Catholic leaders are questioning their core beliefs. Some of these leaders want to bring changes to make the church more modern and to bring in more people. I agree with you Father Mark that this will not bring in more people. I grew up Protestant in the 1990s. The worship service was changed from hymns to contemporary Christian music. They got rid of Sunday school in favor of small group Bible studies which were in people’s homes. While these churches were fun, I can honestly say I didn’t learn a whole lot. We never learned our core beliefs let alone allow it to change us. Many of the kids who I grew up with don’t attend church anymore. Going to these churches was no different than going to a bar to meet people. Our worship service was more entertainment than worshiping God. Our church did nothing to help the poor. All the money donated was spent on the church. I pray that the Catholic Church does not take that route. I ask this in all seriousness. Do these people who want to change the church actually want it to die?

@@johnisaacfelipe6357 Thanks for the comments. No I converted to the Catholic Church many years ago. American Protestant churches are very innovative and creative, but they are also dying out. They are losing their influence over society and the culture. I have asked myself why and the only thing that I can come up with is that God is not their focus it is other things like getting more people to come or political issues. I guess in the 1990s the religious leaders felt that talking about God or learning about their faith would scare churchgoers. Here we are 30 years later and the opposite happened.

Our Lady was The Mother of God, The first Tabernacle. But she did not go around preaching or travelling about with the Apostles. She quietly humbly knew Her place, taking care of Jesus and Joseph. Even being Christs Mother did not make Her think She had special qualities above anyone. We should follow Her example in complete trust and obedience to God. Not modern nonsense.

I was 4 year’s and 1 week old when padre Pio,(now St Pio), passed away. Please St Pio pray for me where I was that age and the time ahead because the abuse from my monster of a father would become worse in later childhood which is still affecting me now! But I know Jesus and Mary can always bring good out of evil even a greater good! Please Jesus and Mary help me through the powerful intercession of St Pio as I went through my childhood and teenage year’s which were very painful in every way possible!
