Valencia really didn't know how to talk to people, she seems to genuinely believe she's being kind and helping at least some of these women. I'd say she got along with Josh because he's not realky known for his intelligence and was really willing to overlook a lot of shit. Josh's friends didn't like her either but spent time with her for Josh's sake. And the reason her friendship with Heather works is that heather is unbothered by her comments, willing to tell her when she's out of line, and tells her how a proper friendship with other women is supposed to look like the Valencia doesn't keep doing stuff like this and scaring away everyone
