I’m a male whose careers have been mostly in women-dominated fields and omg, the things I hear most women say about each other and about men. Feminists never talk about it, only “toxic” masculinity.

Part of the human conditioning & our easily penetrable governing is a maladaptive indoctrination of oppressive social norms. MASCULINITY ISN'T TOXIC at all!! The Absence of it IIS!!! MASCULINE males are Intelligent, Tempered, logical, fair, giving, Protective, and loving! Weak males are Arrogant, Angry, violent, abusive, controlling, perversed, spiteful, & entitled. Masculinity Isn't Toxic BUT the absence of it, IS!

Then, female suspects will be searched by men. Female rape victims and domestic violence victims will only be able to report to men, which means many women won't report. There will be more excessive force used, since female cops are less likely to use it. People will be less trustful of the cops since people are more apt to trust female cops. Plus, there will be more citizen complaints, since female cops garner fewer.

They are too dumb to realize all their comments are arguments for exaclty why there needs to be more female officers. Imagine these troglodytes dealing with female suspects, or female crime victims, especially victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.

1. The most gender equal nations are the most extreme in terms of gender-balance. All efforts by admin and government to rectify this have failed, even when they throw millions of dollars and other incentives behind it. Even when they attempt diversity quotas or other forms of affirmative action, it never has much impact. People, for some reason, just can't get over the fact that women prefer certain jobs over others and no amount of recruiting/goading/quotas is going to change that. 2. Sexual harassment isn't the issue, it's a lack of workplace professionalism brought about by low-staffing and having to "tolerate the intolerable". The department has to retain what they have or lose more officers and in lean times, many supervisors may look the other way over what could be perceived as harmless but inappropriate behavior. The behavior almost always escalates in these kinds of environments, because bad actors realize they can get away with such actions AND it creates a culture of it and other toxic behavior (i.e. "He got away with this, why can't I get away with that?"). Less police, ironically makes them worse in terms of performance and exacerbates the negative qualities LE critics claim to hate. From not being able to fire bad officers due to staffing, to overworking, to burnout. This is a symptom of a compounding problem that has been escalating since the WTO riots over a decade ago, where the city has routinely sided with flavor-of-the-week causes instead of the institutions that keep the city functioning. The dropping numbers of SPD are not an unexpected or out of the blue problem, it's the inevitable result of throwing your own police department under the bus year after year like clockwork. 2020 was just the breaking point of a long strained relationship. 3. Linking sexual harassment and police staffing is a lovely trick to get people to ignore the elephants in the room: You had a woman at the head of the entire organization just a few years ago. And another woman ran her off her job. There is no hegemonic "sexism" holding these women back other than their lack of skills and drive to be better law enforcement officers but, they'll cry to these focus groups and get promoted without merit and the standards will be further lowered to accept new female recruits. All the while, the quality of service provided will continue to decrease. And then people will die as a result of poor decisions and the actions of people ill-suited to be police officers in the first place. And it just gives the anti-cop crowd more ammo. A set of horrible decisions that arrange themselves like the ouroboros of a self-fulfilling prophecy. Even now,

@@gaye_alisir Not an argument. Also, not an issue and no amount of emotional appeals will change that. And passing a bunch more laws, regulations, and initiatives will not fix it. So, unless you have something to add, your statement is pretty meaningless.
