Excellent series. After retiring from the workforce (50 years plus) in predominantly "non-traditional" trades, we are, overall, in worse shape. If I wasn't so tired, I would mourn.

Regarding this reserve army, Women are not just latent and floating etc, they're also producing, for no fee or payment, every new adult worker through their own wombs, and care. Women provide evrty new free harvest of workers again and again and again, year after year.

It works in the reverse that you are suggesting. In a capitalist system, without having ascribed value you are dehumanised.
