Leviticus 21:9 has nothing to do with what the rabbi is saying. Matthew 5:17 Jesus says think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets, I am not come to destroy but to fulfill. Jesus is the truth the way and the life and no one and I mean no one will enter into the kingdom of God and see the Father except through Jesus Christ and his ways.
