This project celebrates women in Metal and aims to inspire men and women of all ages and backgrounds by discussing issues, sharing advice, and celebrating experiences.
“Women rock!” says Doro Pesch, iconic singer of Warlock and DORO, “and have so much power. I am so glad to be a part of this!” In the ⚡⚡ WOMEN ROCK! ⚡⚡ project, Doro and her peers share their personal experiences and inspirational advice.
“It feels good to talk about all of this and I never do,” shares Clémentine Delauney, singer of Visions Of Atlantis.
In the series of videos, women - both on and behind the stage - open up about overcoming struggles and show the world how much women rock! Starting March 8th (International Women’s Day), a series of over 30 interviews and compilation videos will be shared via the Belgian Jasper KZbin channel.
Intro contains audio clip of I Am The Fire by Halestorm and features footage of Lzzy Hale, Floor Jansen, Simone Simons, Alissa White-Gluz, and Doro Pesch!

Well said. Society still have to catch up and make progress towards equality. I really hope that my kid grows up in a more just and fair world where opportunities are the same for everyone no matter their gender, race, etc...

@@prodigy6637 si. Cuando llos vi en 🇮🇹 pude hablar con ella y me dijo que sabía algo de español porque lo había aprendido en su escuela. Y después eso lo contó en el Blog. Una escuela que fué donde iban personas de muchos países. Y luego acá en el recital de 🇦🇷 siempre decía algunas palabras en español... Y como todo en ella suena re lindo

Ma chère Clémentine, Gérard Colomb "right wing", alors qu'il a été un "éléphant du PS" c'est un peu gros. Je ne pense pas non plus qu'il soit irrespectueux pour le talent des femmes dans le genre métal que d'être surpris qu'il soit représenté par une femme, c'est un genre qui demeure beaucoup une affaire d'homme et puis la plupart des hommes politiques ne connaissent rien à la musique à aucune musique en vérité. Elles sont rares les femmes dans le hard rock, mais elles n'en sont que plus précieuses. Ce qui est sûr c'est que vous êtes une merveilleuse représentante de ce genre et une ambassadrice du génie français (et lyonnais) par votre style chic, très féminin sans aucune vulgarité et en parfaite maîtrise technique, sans excès ni effets superflus. Continuez, vous méritez d'emmener ce groupe vision of Atlantis au sommet du genre avec vos camarades.
