@@lillianamendez505 Only really because Simone Biles mental state was not there. Probably dealing with depression and anxiety, after having come forward and stating she was one of many girls who were sexually assaulted by Dr Nassar. Honestly, as sad as that is, I’m not surprised that even the top stars weren’t hurt by him because he did it to anyone and everyone. He’s Pretty stupid if he thought he’d just keep getting away with it. I still think USA gymnastics former president ( a woman) has some real explaining to do for herself. Honestly she should be in jail for knowing how many girls were coming forward telling their stories to them and not doing anything about it. When Simone Biles, one of the rising stars in 2014, comes forward and says something about having the same guy who assaulted so many before her, I wish they would’ve at least protected their big stars.

Sorry, but Simona Amanar was not the Olympic Champion, Andrea Raducan was. You may have robbed her of her medal for taking a cold medicine that would have harmed her performance if it did anything at all, but most of the real gymnastics fans still view her as the champion. Not watching the video because you screwed it up from the beginning.

Meanwhile LeMoney James ran away from his last olympics. Where's James Harden, Jimmy Butler, Paul George, John Collins, Ja Morant, Trae Young, Zion Williamson, and Stephen Curry? These players only care for personal stats in their stat-padding league. They've disrespected the olympics. That's it.

Lebron James has represented the United States at three Olympic games. More than both MJ and Kobe. He has nothing to prove to anyone. I heard Harden was injured and Young was snubbed. Don't know about the others. Stephen Curry really could have showed up for USA at least one time in his career. And a lot of the big NBA stars too, have to agree with you. The NBA starts respecting the Olympics every time they get their asses handed to them and they need a new Redeem Team every year.

*Simone Biles is being hailed as a hero for being so afraid of losing that she didn't even try. That's strange. Aren't we taught all the time that worse than losing is not even trying? She got paralyzed by the fear of defeat and didn't take a chance. It was algo a big luxury and a big privilege (to not have to do something) that most people don't have. Imagine a poor person so afraid of trying to get a job that this person doesn't even try. Poor people can't afford to not try, they would have to sleep on the street.*

@emmamalka65463 жыл бұрын
Ok no you don’t get to be on here and invalidate how simone is feeling. Mental health at such an elite level is no joke, and it’s from people Like you as to why she had to step down. So what she had to step down? Does it affect you personally? No. Does you life’s existence revolve around how she does at a competition? No. So don’t come on a internet platform and start saying that her mental health matters less than other people because she is a crazy amazing gymnast. And with the pressure, you would not know anything about that. Neither do I. So yet again don’t come on here thinking you know everything about how it feels to be such an amazing athlete, when you sit behind a screen invalidating other people’s feelings.
