The condensed finals is on a KZbin channel called climbing rock, and I don’t think it is restricted in Germany, but I might be wrong.

I'm guessing it's the same routesetters testing the men's boulders which are going to be more difficult. Less staff is less costs to overall production.

there are usually some women on the team but it depends on the comp pobably

If the organizers had all the money in the world, sure, hire a vast array of males and females with different body types and different backgrounds and go make perfect boulders. In reality there is only so much $$$, and it is more practical to have as much of your routesetter staff be as strong as possible to make it easier to set good enough boulders for the entire competition.

@@ballofsnow It was a rhetorical question. There should be no room for money when it comes to justice. And if the IFSC doesn't have enough money to hire extra female routesetters (which between you and me would be ridiculous), they can hire women instead of men.
