On this episode of WiredIn I had a chance to talk to Huzefa Talib, aka @coachmogambo, the man behind The Outfit and S&C coach of the WPL RCB team.
Huzzi has to be one of the fittest people I have ever known in my life. He's a practitioner who walks the talk.
We speak about how he went from working at JP Morgan to co founding the Outfit to training high performance athletes like an Ellyse Perry. We also talked about the evolving landscape of sports training and nutrition, the importance of rotational forces in athletic development, and how everything we've been taught about food is wrong.
