As former IT manager at Djibouti airport, I can testify that Ethiopian airlines has the best pilots in Africa but unfortunately they send always old aircrafts to Djibouti for the simple reason that Djibouti Ambouli international airport is considered by Ethiopian as local airport.

I’ve just started to watch these videos, and I have a question. Is it my imagination or do women pilots have a softer landing approach than male pilots?. I’ve flown many times. I don’t think I’ve ever had a female captain on my many southwest flights. But, as I watch these numerous landings it seems that the female flight crew land much softer than the male flight crew , am I just imagining this?.

Great flight Ladies! However the briefing seems a little too fast or rushed. A slightly slower briefing would be desirable for a better communication and standardization At the end of a long duty time, one might miss a critical checklist item when done at such a fast pace.
