I love watching the women jingle dancers! I want to know if someone on tribal council can start changing the enrollment policy for their tribe...? Maybe a good policy change with your tribe might influence a change my own tribe's enrollment policy? I don't understand why tribal people leave other people who identify as Indian out of their tribe?
