I have to be honest: I started watching this sport a few weeks ago just for the uniforms. I hadn't really appreciated it, I'd just watch girls like Clara Fernandez or Maria-Roberta Gherca, and I didn't care about the actual jump. But this is sincerely an amazing display. These girls have flawless technique in every part of the run, the jump, and the landing. When they go over the bar it almost seems like they're flying.

It was absolutely amazing seeing a video of a sporting event with no announcer or commentator. That made the video far more intense. I particularly liked the fact that we could hear the squeals of the participants. Some of them could be professional sopranos. And the camera they used had such a good zoom lens that you could read the inscription on their wedding rings. @12:31 When I was growing up the cameras were so poor that you could barely see how many fingers they had.
