I'm not against any reservation provided by Government. But an utmost fact is that reservation leads to imbalance between people in a society. We see many times a deserving candidate is not given place in the society just bcoz of reservation in the society.

Giving reservation to women can be considered as a temporary step towards women empowerment. But over the long run, more emphasis should be given towards education, skill development , job opportunities, securities for women and to bring behavioural change in the society.. Women Reservation in parliament is a very good initiative......everybody should support it...... Bt if govt. want to implement same thing in Govt. Institution or Govt. Job then it creat another nail in our throat....... because we already suffered by it...... And other hand we has women reservation in panchayat but only in name because maximum decisions have taken by their husband ( Panchayat Pati)...... Not only implementation we should also focus on empowerment......
