Congratulations to Julien Alfred for winning the World Indoor Championship in the 60m, for becoming an Olympic Champion in the 100m, and for becoming the Diamond League Champion in Brussels in the 100m!!! Such a big year for Julien and St. Lucia!!!

the reason i like this guy’s content so much is because he’s super straight up and doesn’t just glaze any athletes because of their statuses. a great example of this is how he talks about the Sha’Carri & Julien situation; Sha’Carri NEEDS to work on her start and be more aggressive off the blocks because honestly to me,it seemed she just pushed off of one leg.

Look forward to watching her as a new Pro next yr! Start-lists have been out for a couple of days now, there's no Julien & Gabby in the DL 200m Final. On paper, should come down to Brittany Brown (21.90) & Sha'carri (21.92) as the only athletes in the Final to have run sub 22s this yr.

In the 200M, according to the Diamond Lge site neither Alfred or Thomas are in the final. Kone, Hunt, Talou-Smith, T. Clark, Neita, Brown, Richardson and Battle are shown on the final roster. In the 100M shows Van Der Weken, Bass Bittaye, T Davis, Asher-Smith, Alfred Richardson, Talou-Smith, Neita and Rosius.

I did see that in the race. Technically it’s not a DQ because she did not gain an “advantage”. Very crazy to see such a blatant overstep of her lane though.

The lack of monetary renumeration for ALL T&F Participants is abominable is my point, not an excuse for one person. Think of those who are without coaches or finances to travel abroad or even locally in their countries. Yet the stadiums for the most part packed.
