Originally, skinny jeans were called drainpipe jeans when they first came about in the 80s. You couldn't buy them in stores so many trendy young ppl (my dad included) used to sit in a cold bath wearing regular straight cut jeans until the fabric shrunk to fit your leg shape!

The biggest problem of trying to find jeans were some being too big in the hip area yet tight on my waistline or visa versa. I finally found out what the issue was and that is I was trying to wear women’s sizes (even numbers). Once I switched over to the junior section (odd numbers) the fit was absolutely perfect. I wish I had known this all along bc I struggled w/finding a pair of jeans for a very long time. I’m just happy they make junior sizes bc the cut is totally different. My only issue now is not every place carries junior sizes.

@@maria6451 just because some one is obese does not necessarily mean they are unhealthy. I would like to know why you would just assume some one who is bigger is unhealthy? Are you in medical school or a practicing doctor? because guess what, i am! In my practice I see alot of slimmer people who are unhealthy and have more diseases then my bigger patients. Guess what, MOST of the bigger patients have hormonal imbalances that were either genetic or obtained through life. I am not saying every bigger person is healthy, and i am in no way promoting over eating or a sedentary lifestyle but I hope that there will be a world where EVERYONE is accepted and not judged primarily based off of their outward appearances but rather their character.

You NEED to try Uniqlo Ultra Stretch pants. These are HEAVEN. So soft, stretcher than literally any jegging thag ever swore it was super stretch. DOESN'T stretch out in a visible way for over wears between washes. Amazing.
