4:32 Does anyone know who the announcer was for Channel 11 for the promos? He had a great voice! I think I still hear sometimes for clothing commercials.

Don T Doug Paul is his name. He also did voiceover for WGN Channel 9 in the 90s

Don T Likewise Don, I’m originally from Houston but I remember when I was watching cable growing up I would hear the same guy do the voiceover for WGN Channel 9 in Chicago or Channel 11 in New York. They’re both owned by Tribune so I think that’s why. But hearing his voice brings back a lot of memories growing up as a kid. And yes he did promos for Jo’s A Bank too!!!
