With 1 at a time nothing happens. Just shingling. I have a pusher and I've studied how quarters and tokens push. Quarters are different with grooves on edge. Tokens with smooth edge slide more and are harder.

I didn’t know the game had chips when I first played it last time I went to D&B on half priced Wednesdays. In fact, I never played any coin pusher that had physical chips.

Lol there's 2 versions of that game one that gives tickets one that has small prize lockers you can like put pop figures in. The secret is using the corner of a paper ticket. Although now, nobody uses paper tickets so a square of any paper will suffice, like a receipt. The timer starts out slow and zips down to zero at the end... the start has no bearing on winning the last 3rd must be swiped very fast to win.

Star Trek Coin Pusher, love those, I got like 3 full sets before, but then I stopped on that one and went for Minion Jelly Lab (Although Star Trek gives 75 plays, and the other 30 for 5 swipes, I still think that Star Trek Rare Card doesn’t have anywhere out of the 6 sides, even after checking I see a Trubbles, it won’t quite push it much, so not able to win my 4th full set and went on to a newer coin pusher…) Also, out of my previous 7 trips in the Summer, I have finalized a total of 133,000 tickets on both cards, not bad for my Summer trip to Dave and Busters, hopefully I’ll go again next Summer to try again…

I mix it up. Rapid fire to load a section then slow play it while I give those coins a chance to slide around and settle. If you time it right, you can get those coins to land flat on the plate instead of on top of other coins.

@@JackpotMike77 Sounds like my favorite game at D&B, Raptor Captor. It was held together with string and duct tape on the inside. They got rid of it in 2022 and I was incredibly sad, because I used to average well over 1000 tickets every 7.2 chips on a Wednesday.

I used to actually be able to hit the 50 at the top center, and it would drain into the 300 in the back super consistently, like *at least* 3 times per 5 balls, so I'd get 1050-1750 per 4 swipes (7.2 chips) on half price day. Use 20/20 coupons to load $100 Tuesday, plus the 48 bonus chips and a 15% off gift card and it was 1048 chips for $85. I'd use half and load up every other week and get around 75-100k tickets a week for $42.50. There are 2 short Raptor Captor clips on my channel where you can see me do it. I still arcade for fun. It's a lifelong hobby. I just don't try very hard to profits anymore.
