another thing wondagurl does sometimes is only using the 24th grid hi hat notes and kind of doing a start stop feel. a good example of this is uptown by travis scott, the hit hats start and then stop on the snare hits. its hard to explain through text but listen to the song and you would know what i mean

This is far from a WondaGurl type hi hat pattern, there's no intricacy in it. It's standard hi hat pattern from back when Lex Luger was popular.

More like a "standard trap hi hat tutorial". And we already have tons of them on youtube.

listen to "Jealous" by Cousin Stizz, produced by Wondagurl. Listen to the Hi-hats in that song. I'm still trying to understand how she made her Hi-hats sound this way. Very simple pattern, but you can hear a slight swing in the Hi-hats, knockin' side-to-side or high-to-low. Not sure.

Late but it's simple, use velocity and panning with automation

I notice quite a bit of pitching in these kinda beats, especially hats, how do you do that in Logic? I've tried an option that says something about Pitch but it doesn't do anything -_- love your channel!
