OK, now that we have made our new favorite folio...let's start the extra fun part...covering the pages

Mats:
-Cover 1 piece of pattern cardstock cut to 7 1/4" x 8 3/4"
-Angle Pocket 1 piece of pattern cardstock cut to 5 1/2" x 9" save the leftover piece to mat the top section
-Tag Closure 1 piece of cardstock cut to 4 1/4" x 2 3/4"
Inserts:
(1) piece of 12" x 12" cut to 8" x 12" and score at 10 3/4" and at 5 3/8"
(1) piece of cardstock cut to 4" x 12" score at 6"
(2) pieces of cardstock cut to 5" x 12" score at 6"
Tags: these are approximate measures
(1) piece of cardstock cut to 5 3/4" x 3 3/4"
(1) piece of cardstock cut to 4. 1/4" x 5 1/2"
(2) pieces of cardstock cut to 3 1/2" x 5. 1/4"

I love this folio. HINT: after I make my album or folio, I go through and measure each page and make a note on the page what size I need to cut. Then I cut my paper. Sticky notes work too but you are going to cover the page so just make a note w pencil.

Fabulous, Maymay!! I just got back into paper crafting and the first thing I made was your 6x6 folio for one of my nieces who graduated high school. Her interests are photography and graphic design and she loves wildflowers so the Mintay Mamarazzi paper was perfect! I gave her the die cuts, some glue, a small tape runner and other things so she can decorate however she likes. She absolutely loved it (and so did everyone who saw it)!!! Now I'm going to make this new folio for my rising-senior niece to document her final year of high school. Brilliant work on the half belly band front flap. I see how opening the folio means the front flap is free to move. Just gluing the back is a great fix to the buckling.

Actually what can u put in a folio? What sort of photos? What is the difference between folio & mini album?

HI a folio is a more modern and faster way to scrapbook those memories.... you can add photos, journaling and even those bits and bobs ( like tickets, invitations and such) to the folios.
