I'm a huge Julia Roberts fan, and the interviewer keeps making call backs to her previously iconic role, but this is a whole other iconic role of hers. This movie has its own message. Just watched it with my Momma, and we both walked away from it feeling like that was an actual great movie, with a great story, that was like nothing we've ever seen before. If you haven't seen this movie I highly recommend it. It's a great story, great character arcs all the way around, and it's not so sad that it leaves you feeling depressed, but uplifted in a way neither me or my Mom expected. Yes I watch movies with my mom because I'm blessed enough to do that. Period.

I loved this movie watched it about four times when Julian got into trouble and had to see the principal with his parents I could relate to what the principal said when he talked about auggies face I have a son he's 17 with ADHD and mild autism and anyway we were at the shop my son he gets loud and makes loud noises in public the guy that works at the shop where we went came up to me and my husband and asked is this your son my husband says yes he's our son the guy says that's ok I thought I should let you know a few customers have been complaining saying your son's too loud and he's making alot of noise the guy was like it's not his fault he can't help it he told me and my husband that he had kicked the customers out i explained to him he had special needs the guy was like no I know it's ok when your born with something eg special needs or a face like auggies it's not there fault they look the way they look it's not there fault they have special needs that is true.plus my son is the biggest fan of star wars absolutely loves everything about star wars and also my son has met Chewbacca and has a photo too lol

When Julia Roberts was talking to auggie about his scars and her scars I teared up because I have scars on my face I have vitiligo around both my eyes and I have other scars on my face I remember telling my mum I wish my skin around my eyes were brown and I started crying.
