She is wearing those indeed. I have always thought that is one of the best attributes of the costume that Lynda Carter wore is the suntan pantyhose. It gives her legs a beautiful, suntanned, shiny and sexy appearance. This lady portraying Wonder Woman looks just as good as Lynda did wearing them.
