The plan to program Gargantua to attack and defeat Wonder Woman would've worked except the Nazi's didn't account for the gorilla getting aroused by hugging Lynda Carter in her WW outfit. This created a moment of weakness for Gargantua and Wonder Woman took advantage and easily flipped him for an instant victory.

While I agree that Lynda Carter was a very beautiful, sexy woman, I do wish that Lynda could have shown some muscle size and definition. Unfortunately, this show was made at least 10-20 years before muscles was considered an attractive look for a woman. I know for the new Wonder Woman and Justice League movies; they did cast some fitness/CrossFit women for the supporting cast.

The attack Gargantua launched on Wonder Woman was precisely a dangerous technique called "saba-fold. By bending Wonder Woman's waist with the saba-fold, Gargantua cuts off her resistance and brings her to her knees by dropping her straight down. When Wonder Woman tries to resist, Gargantua covers her and places his full weight on her waist. In other words, Wonder Woman was inescapable from this technique, and her waist and knees were about to be shattered. However, Gargantua was unable to finish off Wonder Woman because of the bullet wound to her arm, and she was able to escape from the mackerel fold before Steve arrived. In the end, Wonder Woman convinced Gargantua to stop the attack. However, it was a dangerous scene in which Wonder Woman suffered so much that she could not breathe.

In the actual drama, will Steve make it in time for Wonder Woman's plight? The production kept viewers on the edge of their seats.
