True, but Houston is no push over. Watch his wrestling in a previous video. Houston has 40 pounds of solid muscle easily on WB, Houston is a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo, a blue belt in BJJ, and has extremely good wrestling. I think it would be a fun fight to watch!!

The best benefit I think is that you learn to separate sparring from your mind, kind of like how pianists have to learn to split their hands in their mind and do two different things at once. If you end up in an altercation, you are more mentally stable. Sometimes when you're sparring or fighting you'll see things you normally don't see, or you end up in situations that you aren't as familiar with. This works your ability to not be defeated because you're not at your best or in optimal circumstances.

Major takeaways for me A.Half speed vs only defence looks viable in the gym. 👍 B. Calling the hits/ singing; is a huge handicap C. Jumping attacks are intimidating & tiring too. Great video looking forward to a Pt 2. 🤓
