I dont think its completely automatic. All steps you did manually by reading the recipe, only thing it did for you is stirring and doing all things like grinding, chopping and cooking in one jar. You can do that using normal mixer also. You were all the time with that machine following the instructions, it didn't save more time.

For people who don't know how to cook at all this may be attractive because this gives the feeling that they can cook. Can it match the taste of the food cooked in traditional utensils remains to be seen. For people who know how to cook, this is another unnecessary appliance more a nuisance than time-saving imho.
