The beginning is Joyce and Jovi the it cuts to Luna and Zuri then cuts again to Libby and Leo. It's about time that Zuri stopped clinging and stealing other babies milk she should be walking foraging and playing with other babies instead of expecting to be carried everywhere

She’s not stealing anything and how do you expect an infant raised by humans to just know what to do and ignore thousands of years worth of genetics running through her body. She’s doing exactly what she’s supposed to for an infant her age! She wants to suckle for more than milk and if you watch her on Luna you can see she’s not doing anything other than being comforted to sleep. Libby probably chewed her up good for continuing to latch after she made it clear not to! Luna probably nipped her good as well and that’s why she’s not nursing on her, she’s being pacified. Her behavior would be totally different by now if she had been truly dumped a few weeks ago but I’m thinking they still take her home at night and that’s why she hasn’t adjusted. Stop expecting things from a baby!

@ReeseGlass97 If she's only nursing to be pacified, why isn't she latching on to the none lactating female's no she latches onto those that are lactating because she wants the milk she's too lazy to forage she just wants to be fed and carried she is literally taking the food out of other babies mouths babies that are hungry and go foraging babies younger that her Joyce barely has enough milk for Jovi and the same with the other Mums who are still nursing I have never seen Zuri walking beside her babysitters or playing with the other babies she's just needy and lazy also if you are correct in that she gets taken home every night then she's being fed at home and still stealing other babies nourishment

She latches onto all of the older females…. You evidently not been watching her. She doesn’t suck fingers or toes if you’ll notice and that’s because she’s getting soothed by a bottle or nip. She’s not taking food from any other baby 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ because she’s not nursing! Macaque females with infants and really any lactating female will not let other babies nurse. If you don’t believe that then just watch her in the video! She’s not swallowing nor is her jaws clamping on and off to express milk! Also the switch back and forth with the nip stretched for flow!! 90% of any infant latched is for comfort purposes! You couldn’t possibly think they would be drinking that whole time! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤡😂 I swear… the things that shouldn’t have to be explained but have too to you all!! She’s not old enough nor is she big enough to be on her own! She isn’t even a pound at her age! A large tarantula could literally eat an infant that size!

Zuri isn't stealing anything because Luna is letting her. It amazes me how people think they can guage how much milk the female mom has. If Luna nursed 4 more monkeys, her body will eventually produce enough milk to feed all 4 of them.

She was only mean to her bcuz these cameramen made her do it, just as Libby was forced to treat Leo. Now look that they're not helpless babies anymore and can escape if need be these ppl don't mess with them so much any longer, and Luna & Libby are great with their offspring. It's not these monkeys wanting to do that trust, these ppl aren't too be trusted. U hear they're constant laughing & snickering when recording these animals when babies fall or when their mothers are weaning or when the monkeys youngling is pitching a fit well this isn't bcuz they care & respect these animals! Remember in their country monkeys are considered pests, vermin, unwanted rats. Tree Rats are something they will openly call them. IFF they weren't making coin off them they wouldn't feed them at all.

It’s a baby. A baby that is being comforted. Don’t be mad at it for do what it’s built to do! It’s not it fault it was stolen from its mother and dumped like trash. It’s not eating only sucking a pacifier. There is no pulling of milk therefore no reason for Luna isn’t in a huge hurry to get it off. She may not even know it’s on there without that suction. I think this baby has been bitten enough to know that if she wants to stay attached she needs to not suck! Get over it

Zuri nuckelt nur bei Luna, sie macht weder Saug- noch Schluckbewegungen (Luna hat ja auch keine Milch) - das machen Babies, weil sie Schutz brauchen und Trost. Auch wenn keine Milch kommt, fühlt sie sich beschützt und kann in Ruhe schlafen. Für den Affen ist oberste Priorität ÜBERLEBEN und warum sollte sie dazu nicht versuchen, bei einem erwachsenen Affen Unterschlupf zu finden? Ich finde das ganz schön clever. Wenn Luna es nicht wollte, würde sie sie nicht sich ran lassen - also lassen sie die Beiden - es ist die Natur. Am Schluss sieht man Leo als noch jünger war, um dem Zuschauer einen anderen Affen vorzuspielen.

@@jocelynjennings9471 a lot of people seem to think they can’t lactate while pregnant, which is simply not true. Maybe she confused Libby and Luna!? Luna still has milk because Lucy is likely still nursing here and there and almost certainly during the night. Edit to say that I’m sure Libby isn’t dry necessarily either.
