میرے بھائیو اور دوستو! سب سے پہلے تو میں یہ کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ آپ کی محنت اور خلوص پر کوئی شک نہیں اور نہ ہی آپ کی پروفیشنل ازم پر،مگر یہ جو آپ لوگ ،کہیں تھوڑا کہیں بہت، رسٹ اور ڈسٹ، چھوڑ دیتے ہیں اُسپر زیادہ تر لوگ شکایت کرتے ہیں۔ کبھی کبھی تو ایسا لگتا ہے جیسے آپ اسے قصدن چھوڑتے ہیں؟ شاید آپ کے نزدیک اسکی کوئی وجہ ہو تاہم جو بھی ہو پہلے تو یہ بہت برا لگتا ہے اور دوسرا یہ مشین کے لئے بھی نقصان دہ ہے بلکہ آپ کے کام میں بھی خلل ڈالتا ہے۔ آپ نے آج کا یہ کام نہایت عمدہ سٹارٹ کیا مگر بعد میں۔۔۔۔۔۔ سارے ویلز اور پائپ پر واضع وہی کچھ تھا جسکا میں پہلے ہی ذکر کرچکا ہوں اور آپ لوگوں کو بھی کافی مشقت کا سامنا کرنا پڑا جب آپ پائپ پر ویلز چھڑا رہے تھے وغیرہ I hope you will take care of this issue or at least someone will come forward and explain the logic behind it
