Buck did this one for Apple. And this is closer to the realm of animation than video editing, however, if you really want to know, they used After Effects. It takes a good understanding of the fundamentals in animation to achieve this level of fidelity though. Also keep in mind that a team made this, so don't be too hard on yourself if you hit multiple walls while trying to achieve it yourself! :) Good luck!
