@@WonderfullyAle Good for you, Ale. You look marvelous. I totally support you, because everyone is different. For example, I have no problem losing weight because I don't gain easily. There are definitely people who DO have trouble losing. My own doctor went on a medicine to lose because she couldn't lose: lost 55 lbs. Each must make their own decisions about how and when to lose. Some do it with meds, others with surgery. And then some, like me, are ok, don't gain much if at all. If I did? I'd do the same as you and my doctor.
