Name of Video: “ How to Restore iPhone from iCloud Backup Without Reset” Actual Video: Shows how to restore RESETTING your iPhone with a commercial to download a software to “actually restore without reset” I believe to do this it shouldn’t require a third party app or any other tools for that matter other than the iPhone and iCloud Backup.

Scam! This app doesn’t have the option to download backup files from iCloud. It only gives access to synced files, not backups

you can try if you can restore icloud backed up hone screen layout by go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings, and then follow the prompts to restore your iCloud backup.
