How to Reset Restriction Passcode on iPhone

it asks me for my restrictions code for method 2 when i try to do the reset.

There is a third method without resetting the iPhone. Scroll down the screen time screen then click on turn passcode off. Select the second option then select forgot passcode. It will ask you to enter your Apple ID and passcode. Just enter your Apple credentials, tap ok and screen time passcode will go away. Thanks.
