I think it's a closing song to what happened to him at the time. The car at the end of the video, running him over, I think is the same one from the debut video Losing You (which he drives) and it's a metaphor for closing that chapter or book in order to be able to go back and move forward without any ties. That's why the lyrics are also very similar in context to those of Losing You. Even the set of the video is similar. Love your reactions always! ♥

That ending of the MV shocked me so much 😂 but yes, I think due to his enlistment period and taking a break from work, his throat condition has improved/healed ! He said a few years ago that he got vocal cord nodules around the time he started as a soloist and would have to record in hot humid rooms to get through his recording sessions due to the discomfort and pain I’m just so glad he’s back and this song is amazing!!!

I do think the car crash has a significance. Maybe how his group days ended so abruptly. This hit so many feelings. His life was ruined and maybe that's just how he in envisioned his experience
