Hey Will ... I showed this to my wife, and she said this was the easiest way to make wonton ever. We did it before, and I think we cooked the wonton in the soup base. And, all of our wontons turned to mush and fell apart. So, we never thought about cooking them separate. Yeah, it seems like a simple thing, but the person who gave the recipe, said to cook the wontons in same soupbase. But, that's why an Expert Chef like you can really help people by making very helpful videos like this. Thank you for sharing.

Will ... One of my favorite chinese foods is Moo-Shu Pork or Moo-Shu Chicken. My wife made it tonight, and it was pretty good. We have a good recipe -- if you want it. But, the pancakes kindof fell apart because they'd been in freezer little longer than they should. So, we're gonna go to Ranch 99 (chinese store in Houston, Tx) and get some more wrappers. So, I think we'll pick up the wonton wrappers that you used -- if they sale them there -- then we will make this wonton soup. Thanks, again, for all of your awesome videos. We are learning so much.

how can you say that it takes 4-6 mins for the wonton to be done,,,,doesn't pork take longer to cook to be well done??

metalplaza84 cooking time really depends on the portion and the temperature of the ingredients. With the pork in such small portion and is at room temperature already, around 5 minutes I would say is plenty. 👌😃👍🏼

@@WokingWithWill Yes, Will's right. My wife said same thing, as I was writing the comment above. It's such a small amount -- that it'll cook enough. But, for us, when we've done it before, we seemed to like pork alone without the shrimp. We just think it tastes better, so we cook it maybe a minute more or so.
