Dipping Sauce Recipe
80 g. tamarind
1 cup water (for squeezing tamarind)
Palm sugar/Coconut sugar 320g (1 cup)
60 g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
1 cup water (for simmering the sauce)
coriander
Chili powder as desired (use 2 tablespoons in the clip)
Fried Flour Recipe
Crispy Flour 200 g (1.5 cups)
Cold water 300 ml (If you don't like thick dough, you can use 350 - 400 ml of water)
Pork/chicken seasoning powder 30 g (2 tbsp.)
