I'm so happy over the last several months I found you and that you are vegan too !!! I teach Yoga and Pilates ... I like to run. I miss teaching Aerobics. Stretching is perfect in the morning after 16 oz of water. I love soy milk in my coffee...(I only drink like 4oz) I love green tea .. matcha especially. Acai bowls are so so good !! I use Tatcha serum for face, dewy cream and facial oil... It's changed my life so much !!! I want to go to Japan and learn more things to help me enjoy my life. Return back to learning Japanese. Btw I noticed this if you feel like your still hurting while doing Pilates even with the yoga mat, get a thicker one. They feel much better and don’t hurt ur hands or knees as much. Anyways, I love this video and ur workout outfit was so cute ❤😭
