The perfect coworkers, the perfect unrealistic with no flaws boyfriend, who does everything right, the perfect overprotective friends and the perfect, always understanding boss. Does this not sound like a fairytale to you? Minwoo as cruel as he is, is the realistic one and I've no doubt that parents love their child regardless but society doesn't. Even the little time I spent whilst interviewing and following them, I've seen it with my own eyes. It's definitely not like this drama.

We barley even know him, his motives and own ambitions or why he even fell for her by ep 2. He just does, he appears, revolves around her then is gone. If you take Woo out what remains? A good character's (male lead) supposed to have depth, a background, story on their own, flaws, they grow from making mistakes. Look at Good Doctor, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok JooStrong and Woman Do Bong Soon. I know many call him greenflag and the standard but I think many of us, I mean I dated someone like him, would feel insecure because we aren't. He seems like the guy who says "I like everything u like" at first that's fun but afterwards? It leads to fights and shows the lack of individuality/personality. I wouldn't want this but if we think about it if he were a FL ppl would be calling him Mary Sue or a dog that only follows Male Lead Even nice guys in real live aren't this perfect, for me as of now, he isn't really a dream. Woo and her experiences, ofc understanding on how atty converse with junho, Junho had been always the one curious about her and listens to her to understand her, not that I’m not blaming her for that, that we know little abt junho’s character but that’s just how it is rn, plus just like her dad mentions that to communicate is to put effort. We’re not even half the show and saying he’s bland? ahh I respect ur opinion Meddie but you gotta give it some time and I get that ur speaking from an experience but what do you mean by insecure? This scene becomes thousand times fluttering after I realised, dude... you don't need to touch a person to know you like them. I think the reason why we're all so obsessed with this is because it's not a forced heart skipping scene, you know? My heart doesn't skip when Kdrama characters dropped some documents and they pick it up together. No. If I were in that situation I'd be concerned about the documents 🤣 They also sometimes use all these slo-mo effects or other things to force romantic vibe, but eh. This, on the other hand, is just one take with almost no effects. It's just walking but there's no way your heart won't skip a beat. It captures the feeling of suspenseful romance so well. I want scenes like this, not someone slipping and someone catches them princess/ballroom dance style and they stay in that position for 5 minutes 🤣

The first time I saw this I thought Jun Ho might have came on a bit strong. I didn't expect him to react like that knowing he chickened out during the cham cham cham 😂 But then I realized he's always been there, his presence is always felt. He didn't even tried to hide it, he just doesn't say it with words. And the way he reacted here, it might have seem flirty and playful in our eyes but I feel like it's him gaining his confidence and joy knowing YW wants to test if she likes him and he may have a chance. Underneath a heart stopping gesture (taking steps forward, cornering the other person) and the way he said it lies a very sincere question. "If you aren't touching me, your heart doesn't beat so fast even when you're with me?" Then he dropped the bomb. "That's disappointing." Another way to say "I'm sad cause that's how I feel when I'm with you" Watching this scene a lot of times made me realize that it wasn't the gesture that made me squeal 😂 It was the words he said and the meaning behind it 🥰 He didn't came on too strong. I felt like he's still holding back even at this point. Knowing that Young Woo isn't still familiar with love, I'm pretty sure he'll take it slow. That's why I strongly believe what he did was give her a long hug 🥰🐳
