What if you leave the zones alone, does it automatically add the USPS prices per the dimensions of the packages?

i did not select alaska or hawaii for a shipping option but it is still showing up in checkout. Do you know how to remove certain states from check out option?

Great video! Unfortunately I couldn't find an answer I am looking for. Hopefully you can help me out. I have 12 international shipping zones, I added 2 options (standard and express) to each zone, so that customer can chose. But a few of my products aren't available with express option, so I tried to be specific by creating shipping class with only standard option. But when the customer choses that product, both options pop up and the 'express' option (expensive one) shows up as $0 and obviously customers are choosing the $0 option (which should not be visible to them in the first place) and I am loosing money there, by giving them expensive shipping for $0. Can you help me out with this?
