This suburban villa by the Kyiv water reservoir is designed to host large parties and gatherings. Inspired by a Bavarian chalet, the house utilizes a prefabricated construction method for a faster building process. The basement level features a large garage space that can be converted into a party zone during weekends.
The layout prioritizes views of the water reservoir. Living spaces and bedrooms all offer scenic vistas, while the kitchen and hallway look out onto the forest. To complement the natural surroundings, the house uses wood finishes that match the spruce trees and a floor pattern reminiscent of tree bark. The interior design maintains a neutral color scheme to keep the focus on the beautiful exterior.
With two entrances, a spacious living room, and a skylight above the dining area, the house offers a sense of openness despite the modest ceiling height. The ground floor features a master bedroom, kitchen, living room, and entrance hall. The upper floor offers four guest bedrooms, an open study, a hall, and bathrooms. This well-designed villa provides a perfect place to relax and entertain amidst the picturesque natural scenery.
