thats typical when Will's career is swinging mostly metal bats in just BP, whereas Druw swings wood to prepare for the draft and tournaments, and his metal bat is very similar to his wood bats

@@babat304. some people feel that way, but that mostly comes down to the specific bats you swung, how good you were at hitting, and the sweet spot of the bat. so many people buy Easton Speed's because they look cool and then wonder why the ball hardly goes 20ft infront of them, but then rake with a Victus i13 maple bat

@@baileysmith4744 Yes, it happened that my metal bat even at 34 was too light for me while with a 34/32 wood bat, it was the perfect one for me and I was crushing everything. I did play professional ball for 6 years. Only that I wish that scouts in high school would have looked at me for how I hit with a wood bat since MLB uses wood bat

I feel like druw is the type of player that every youngster should model his game after. He’s extremely quick, both on his feet and with his hands. He also has good plate discipline and is a good team leader. Great vid guys

Druw gets his hands through so fast. Same thing with Rutschman, and you really see it with the wood bats. Will rakes but these guys are just different. Different topic and maybe an odd video request, but I've started playing softball recently for the first time in my late 30s. I have a loopy left-handed swing, hit of plenty bombs in HS and college and the power just doesn't translate to slowpitch. I'd love to see you breakdown the difference in your swing for both contexts.

Having played baseball in Asia, I’m pretty sure the mizuno squishy bat is in fact a rubber coated composite that is meant only for the rubber ball leagues you find more often in Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. I had one having played in one of those leagues and I’d never use it to hit a real baseball 😜
