When you use the spacer blocks to make just two cuts, they will have no spacing issues, but when you go to make the 3 ring, you did not account for the blade kerf. So your 3rd ring is in your blade ~40 thou closer to the 2nd ring than the 2nd ring is to the first. So use the aluminum spacer, then your kerf spacer to make your 3rd ring.

its time to ramp it up another notch. try a six loop knot!! hint, start with a hexagonal blank. i do pen blanks with a 6 loop knot

This could quite easily be done. The challenge would be preparing the 6 sided block with exact straight and parallel sides.

You have to be working for .50 cents an hour, with all this work. Unless you are getting about $400.oo per cup.
