What a special video this is! A walk in the woods, Pearl finds a chipmunk, you find morels and frogs, and then show us your sublime skill with sculpting and jeweler's wax, then the incredible carving. I learned so much just watching, I can feel the smooth surfaces after the paint goes on. Wow!!!! *bow of deepest respect* Thank you for sharing your incredible gifts with us! This is such a different subject to carve and although a frog is a fairly simple shape, and you think it will be easy to carve, what you end up with is so pleasing and as you walked off at the end I can see you may be thinking that this is your new best stick to use for yourself, like that idea Mike? Mike... another nice piece. I too carve morel sticks. Usually with forest elves climbing in and out of knots in the staff.
