I used to wood carve as a kid, my mother enrolled me in a wood carving class taught by a retired gentleman in his basement studio. I remember my hands got to be like leather and got so sore gripping that piece of bass wood so firmly and trying so hard not to cut myself with that razor sharp whittling knife. I realize now seeing you effortlessly removing material with those power tools is the best way to go!

Mike the stick is amazing, I`ve said it before its hard to tell the wildlife from your carvings, the claws on the Gila monster were so realistic I thought it was about to move along the stick, the spider about to pounce, the scorpion going to strike, and the snake come right out of the cactus, they were all so real. Once again little Pearl was enchanting as ever with her antics in the snow.
