The image of Uncle Sam is familiar to me since childhood😆, since I grew up in Soviet times, this image was often used in the USSR in a negative light, when the United States was mentioned in the official media and propaganda! Good morning. What is the name of this white color that you initially used in the design?

Its just a white flat latex primer that you would use on any house..am not brand loyal but If I know a pc will be outside I will use exterior grade etc...that is when the quality of primer really counts..etc.
