I think the cooker is Italian and the first Margherita (not the pizza salad-meat-star) is not so bad if you consider that he's not in Italy and he have to reach the tastes of the local people. 😉 However, i assure that the giant mozzarella in the top of the pizza is original.. it's look like mozzarella di bufala.
