Cheers Mark. Yeah I think he deserved a good sit down after his performance racing the Mid Cheshire 5k the night before. Such a nice guy too. Yeah starting a little further back gives the illusion of speed I guess (until I encounter a hill I haveto walk up 🤣🤣)

Being able to sub MTB-Andy in for sister Mandy was a useful stroke of luck 😂 Geat running mate. That sharp hill would be enough to wake anyone up on a Saturday morning.

Cheers pal. Yeah it was a real stroke of luck. To be fair it was a stroke of luck we actually did the parkrun, I parked in the daftest place and almost got lost following my nose running to what I thought was the start of the parkrun. One effort later up a hill and we made it but I was baked at that point 🤣

Thanks Colin, it was a lovely one, and of course, the weather made it stand out even more. Unfortunately, I missed any cake. I accidentally took my glasses with me and so was tracking them down at the end made me forget lol Just haveto double up next time 😂

So there I was, doing my volunteering bit after my race last night and suddenly. Craig Whale appears😂 Great to finally meet you Craig (and Carl) too. 25:00 is a great time at Woodbank, especially with that drop down into Vernon Park, that’s tough⚙️Your footage looks superb, it’s a beautiful park and the weather was excellent (bit nippy sitting down in that wind though)🥶I did a mtb race there years ago, went over the bars on a downhill section😩

Cheers Andy. Yeah you had the chilly corner lol. Told Sister Mandy who I'd met and she's well jealous haha . Can imagine why you'd go over the bars on the downhill section, quite steep in places. The run in we found a big hill to run up and thought we had gotten completely lost, glad we didn't have to do that one too 🥵🥵 Great to meet you finally pal

Thank you for watching and glad you appreciate the overlay. I use software called Telemetry Overlay which costs about 100 quid. There's a free alternative called Garmin Virb but that's old software that's usable, but a bit more of a faff due to lack of support. Hope that helps pal 👍
