Looking really good, but you should fix the chainline. You should not have a S-bend on the chaintube on the pull-side (top), instead use a skateboard wheel (or similar) as chain idler where the chain needs to change direction. The return chain (lower half) can be guided through a tube, so you can leave that part as is.

Unfortunately, I have no idea where the plans would be. The student who built the bike graduated years ago.
