What's the command to edit a component or a group and everything else is hidden

I have a question of how I made several copies of the brackets in 1:39 by typing as many copies as you want

i created 16 segments circle for reference. > Select Component (that we want to rotate) > Active Rotate Tool > Place a rotate tool in the center of circle and click once. > 2nd click on any endpoint of circle > Press the Ctrl key to make copy > click one more time on next endpoint > because we have already created one copy with Ctrl key. now without active any other tool just type without clicking anywhere " 15x " and press Enter key.
