When are you going to do a KZbin video of you sparring with an amateur Boxer or an amateur Muay Thai fighter so we can see if your Wing Chun techniques really work against a trained opponent ?

Maybe you should visit his school and ask him to spar with you?

@@samsin34 I don’t live anywhere near this guy. If I did, I would visit because I like his videos, and I would bring my friends who are trained boxers to spar with him. If he refused, then I would know that he’s a fraud. Besides, I’m not trained, so I couldn’t spar with him even if I wanted to. The whole reason why I want to see him spar with a trained boxer or a Muay Thai fighter is because I want to know for sure if Wing Chun is effective or not because I’m trying to figure out which striking art that I want to train in because I don’t want to waste my time and money on a martial art that doesn’t work in real life situations. It has nothing to do with belittling Wing Chun. Chill out.

One other thing. Let’s say hypothetically you bring your “ boxing friends “ to spar ,are legs kicks , kicking allowed?

@@samsin34 of course they’re allowed. Why wouldn’t they be ? I don’t know anyone personally who trains Muay Thai, so that’s why I didn’t mention anything about bringing a Muay Thai friend because none of my friends train in Muay Thai. If I see this Wing Chun guy destroying a trained boxer in a sparring match using his kicks, punches, elbows and knees, that’ll convince me that Wing Chun is effective for self defense and I might even start training in it because there’s a Wing Chun training facility in my city in the Chinatown section. They say on their website that they don’t just teach traditional Wing Chun movements, but that they teach “authentic” self defense techniques. I won’t believe Wing Chun is effective until I see evidence that it is effective, just like we saw which martial arts are effective and which martial arts were frauds during the 90’s when mixed martial arts was just becoming popular in America.
